S-Girl, like B-girl said your carbs are tooooo low!! Get up to 20 or below. If you crave something sweet sometimes it helps to eat something fatty. You can do this, it is just withdrawls. Give it 3 days at least. Thats what i did and then mysteriously it was gone.

It just seems like nothing sounds good now... and I think I underestimated before. I've had close to 12 carbs today (forgot the hot wings appetizer). Even bleu cheese wore out it's welcome today.

I'm going to try to do better tomorrow. I'm just so afraid of going over the 20... like I'll turn into a pumpkin or something! Well, at least it would be better than the Wicked Witch I've become today...

Maybe I've just got to plan better... it seems like I've already wasted so much time and energy thinking about what I can and can't eat today, I don't want to think about food anymore. Is that why people lose the cravings? They just get sick of thinking about it?

If this is only Day One, god forbid what's coming....

Spygirl-it gets easier. I had the headaches, felt weak and started wondering why I was doing this to myself. Then I looked at the scale and saw it go down Even a pound made me happy and then my headaches went away and I got my energy back. I'm still below 10 grams because I'm not sure what I should be adding (or can add) to get it up higher. Meat is free so that wouldn't work. lol
