thanks kim. that story is great. my twin, younger sister, and i are all on atkins right now. if we hit our goals, we will have lost two people between the three of us. i think that we are all three motivated enough to really make it happen this time. so far, we have lost 109 total--lil sis-69, supersized-22, myself-18.

WOW - fullfig that is great! It's fun when families try to get healthy together. I too have 2 sisters but only one is on Atkins - the other is a lowfat believer and runs 5 miles a day.

Youngest sister though has been on for 2 weeks and lost 15 lbs! And I am ALMOST down 40 now. Woohoo!!!!

thanks again, kim. y'all are doing great too. you'll have to keep us posted. supersized just informed me that lil sis has lost 71. so that brings us up to 111. i think our goal is 300 lbs between us.

That is great!!
I am lucky enough to have a wonderful sister that is on atkins with me actually she is my motivator. She has lost 40 pounds and we push each other to exercise. I also have 2 people that I work with on his diet. It helps to be with people to help encourage you and give helpful hints.
