Question What plan are you doing?

Hey everyone!! I just started a low carb/carb conscious plan last week which has yielded great results already. To get a better perspective, I was wondeering what plan many of you are using, your results, and if you are in maintenance, how do you maintain?

I am loosely following the Trim Healthy Mama plan, minus their use of sweeteners.

Atkins girl here I've been on Atkins 10+ years, have lost over 100 lbs. and have maintained using Atkins as well.

Diets don't work. Lifestyle changes for the rest of your life is what works!

All the best to you!!

I lost my weight doing a homemade version of IP.I had at least 2 protein shakes with water a day and sometimes 3.I kept the carbs low by eliminating all grains and eating the low carb veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers. The vegs were 2 cups at lunch and supper. The meats were 4 to 6 oz of chicken or fish at lunch or supper and often 1 boiled egg with salad and powdered seasoning (no dressing).
I lost over 30 lbs and have maintained it by eating a paleo type diet.
I follow the 3 s rule...no sugars,no seconds,no snacks and allow about 1400 to 1800 calories. So far I have been able to maintain for over 6 months and I am not any hungrier than I was when eating all the carbs.
I am 5 ft 6in and now weigh 135 and am a couple months from being 70 years old

I'm following Optimal Ketogenic Living on facebook. There are TONS of reference pages (which I like b/c I'm a research geek) based on peer reviewed scientific studies.

My macros are 20-25g carbs or less, 100g protein or more, 75-85g fat for loss (more fat for maintenance but I'm not there yet).
