  • I like the Pure Protein Jillian Michaels shakes it comes in two flavors: Triple Chocolate and Vanilla Cream.
    Here is a breakdown of one scoop (one serving) of the protein powder:
    100 calories
    15 grams of protein
    3 grams of fiber
    2 grams of fat
    7 grams of carbohydrate
    3 grams of sugar
    45 mg of cholesterol
    The protein powder can be mixed with water or milk. It is to be used as a meal-replacement or as a snack any time of the day.

    I don't use it as a meal replacement but I do use it as a protein substitute in a meal or a snack. Like I will have some fresh veggies and a shake if I need a fast meal. I love making smoothies with the vanilla.

    Atkins makes a good low carb shake. They are best when ice cold.
