Default Another question carb/calories

i've been doing well eating low carb...however i've noticed that i starting filled my cravings for dessert with low carb ricotta, cream cheese, and cream desserts....which have been uping my cals to about 2000. i've been losing still...but eventually is this going to catch up with me? i've never been able to each 2000 calories and lose weight. is this because i just started? i'm eating about 35-50 carbs a day...which isn't as hard as i thought it was going to be. should i just worry about keeping my carbs low? or should I count my carbs and calories?? I know it depends on the person...but i'm new with this low carb way of eating. i'm used to counting calories...and starving all day...and quitting after two days...
thanks! and i appreciate everyones quick replies on my last post!!!

Hi Michelle,

I would think as long as you are losing weight, keep doing what your doing. If you reach a point where it stops, evaluate what your doing and adjust it accordingly.

WTG !!!!!

You might want to read the following article by Dr. Barry Groves. It may help to shed some light on your question
