March exercize thread

  • Lets get movin'
    I promise not to just waist space in the thread this month I'm walking on the treadmill at 3.7MPH with short intervals of jogging to get my heart rate above 150, according to the treadmill I burn about 275 calories in an hour. I'm also trying to work up to doing 5min at 9% incline. I think I will try to add weights next month.

  • Sweet! I'm so in! I give myself a post-it with a big butterfly on my weekly calendar for workouts and a little butterfly on my monthly calendar for workouts--but I'm okay with posting it here, too!

  • Just trying to find the "swimming" icon . . . made it a lap tonight . . . mini-goal for the rest of the month - gonna try to increase to a lap and 1/2 . . .

    Another milestone in the exercise dept. - have gone from barely being able to do ONE push up (girl) . . . TO 20!

    We're a little over 1/2 way thru March Exercise Month - trying to step it up a bit - do NOT wantto slack off like I did in February, ya know?
