My experience with the keto-stix is they are neither worth the effort or the expense. They are often unreliable as many things affect their readings...the amount of water you drink, the amount of fat you eat etc.
Personally, I've always known I'm in ketosis by a metallic taste in my mouth & bad breath.
Some of the most common "stallers" on Atkins Induction are cheese, too much heavy cream, too much Splenda, drinking diet soda's, eating so-called sugar-free treats that contain a lot of sugar alcohols.
