Default What's for breakfast week of July 30th

2 boiled eggs - 1.2 carbs
1 hot link - 2 carbs (3 carbs + 1 gram of fiber)
coffee with heavy whipping cream and 2 splendas - 2.4 carbs

The Atkins carb counter shows carbs for whipping cream but the container it comes in says 0. Which should I go by??? (I counted the 2 carbs for the 2 splendas).

I would go by what the Atkins counter says. Food manufacturers aren't required to list any nutrient that amounts to less than 0, but even 1/2 a gram will add up!

You're right...I just adjusted my post to reflect the whipping cream (.4 carbs). Thanks!

This morning I am having left overs from last night's dinner. I made this recipe that I got online (low carb recipe) and it was DELICIOUS. It's cilantro cream chicken and if anybody is interested here is the recipe http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/cilantr...m_chicken.html
