Laura, you can mix a little cream cheese with some unsweetened cocoa powder and a little DaVinci's sugar free syrup (I like the vanilla, toasted hazelnut or the english toffee). Its pretty Induction friendly...although, I learned I can't eat cream cheese very often...it stalls me. You can do this by whipping up some heavy cream and using that in place of the cream cheese.

Jersey Girl - Thank you so much! That sounds like a great idea. I don't know what DaVinci's syrup is though - I haven't seen it in any grocery stores up here in Canada. However, I think I have an idea for a substitute.
Oh, when will they come out with sugar free Nutella? Maybe I should patent it.

Laura - you might want to check out http://www.netrition.com There are lots of great flavors too. The only ones I've tried are the vanilla, toasted hazelnut & english toffee.

Rikku,

You most def need to be eating more than that. Especially vegetables. Try at least one veggie to start out. However, I noticed that for me when I was eating more veggies than I should have I was not loosing at all. I had to cut down on the veggies and I did start loosing. But you definitely need to start adding variety.
