Hi im christy 28, from california. I currently am doing atkins. I just started again. I did atkins about 3 years ago and took off quite a bit of weight. But its time to keep going now! Great Start! Hello, I'm new here also. I am 25, from Oregon. I am also starting Atkins, again, this is my second time and I have made a commitment to myself to stick with it this time! I am empowered by doing something good for myself and my family and have this new found sense of energy. I am hoping to find some support her and also make some new chat friends.
