    Hi Robin,

    May I ask what kind of protein shake you use and what fiber.

    I've just started back on LC after a few years of being MIA.
    I just found out I was pre-diabetic.
  • Yesterday I had a piece of sausage and 1/2 a hash brown.

    Today I will have eggs and bacon.
