I had to add weight lifting this time around on Atkins needstolose . . . (I'm 46 and in the throes of Maniacal Menopause) - not sure if its a hormonal thing/age thing/activity level thing . . . but had the same frustrating experiences with Mr. Scale until I did so. Not sure of your age or work-outs -I've only had 1 cup of coffee this morning!

Plus - have you checked your diet for "hidden carbs?" They're EVERYWHERE and in EVERYTHING!!!

) . . . clothes feel like I've stayed about the same. These changes have played havoc with my Plan and Schedule . . . something I'll really need to address if I ever want to be a maintainer!!!
TIME to get focussed here in MID-Goal Month Ladies . . . hitting the gym tonight for the first time since Thrs last . . . adding WATER to my caffeine-regime!
