Well I'm checking in to say I didn't make it - I lost half a pound :mad: However I did go up another 4lbs in that time and come back again, so technically I've lost 4... :lol: :crazy:
Slow for me but I'm hoping to make it somewhere near goal for Easter :crossed: |
I ended the challenge with a 7 of 10 lb weight loss! I figure that's not bad since I probably only worked out about 3 times during the whole challenge. My next goal is to get the last 3 pounds off before spring break which is in 3 weeks. Hate to sound cliche but there's really "nothing to it but to do it". I'm off to get started! Hope you ladies were sucessful in your valentine's challenge!

Congratulations to everyone for joining and sticking with the challenge. Some of us made our goal, some came very close and others just plain lost weight. We're all winners.
I'm in the "Biggest Losers" challenge and will just be consentrating on that for now. Good luck to all your new challenges. |
