I haven't weighed myself yet. I had Indian food for dinner last night, and I am afeared of the water retention. So I think I will just put it off for a day or two. I didn't eat as much as I normally would have, though, so that's a good start.
I have to say, trying to eat healthy when you are eating out is HARD! My husband started working on a kitchen project that required everything to be moved off the counters (he's painting the undersides of the cabinets) and it's too paint-smelly and messy to cook much in there. So we've eaten out the past two nights. I'm really enjoying not having to clean or cook, but I'm a bit tired of negotiating restaurant menus. SO much easier to eat at home.
Anyway, Melissa - congratulations! Woot! Two pounds!
And Ennay, don't beat yourself up. Even if you're not too pleased with what you ate, that was like, a year ago! And there's no sense worrying about it now!

It's a whole new month to start over!
