Ok, for the first time, I will attempt to list my calories on here... be cool, like the rest of ya'll.
Calories eaten: approx 1400.
Deficit: 1030 (did 40 minutes of strength training and 30 of cardio)
Eating was all right... my big problem this week is since I am scheduled to close most of the week, I wont be eating dinner until late.. which makes it hard to stay up the 3 hours after eating that I normally like to do.
BUT! Since my hours are long (1-10), Ive had to find ways to work out in between.. Ive been waking up at around 9 am and actually working out BEFORE work, while the boyfriend is still sleeping.. and I find that I actually like it! Work out, hot shower, get dressed.. Im actually rather shocked that I look forward to working out in the morning! Strength training I leave until late at night (like 11 pm), after eating dinner and giving myself time to digest. Tomorrow, thankfully, Im not closing, so I get to work out and eat earlier! (im still waking up earlier to do cardio though.
