Guys, I have been sooo lazy. I stopped journaling my food at home over the past couple days. Unfortunately, I've undertaken the task of stuffing my favor bags for the wedding reception. Hershey's kisses and Andes mints. I'd like to tell you all that I haven't been sneaking chocolate...but I'd be lying through my teeth!
I had a nasty headache since Thursday lasting till Saturday and really didn't eat anything during that time exceot for a few kisses. My teeth were hurting very badly, so sucking on the chocolate felt..soothing? I dunno, I finally broke down and purchased some slimfast because I couldn't chew. I know I did not consume very many calories even with the candy. But...I didn't eat anything of nutritional consequence.
On top of that, I threw my knee out last Wednesday and have not been able to dance.
Anyways! I have not been eating exactly as good as I'd like to. Last night I had pizza for dinner. I had left over pizza for dinner tonight to. I have been doing very well in keeping my portions under control. I had three small pieces of pizza, when the norm would have been five...and then back for more later. I was good... very proud of myself to maintain self control while being exposed to binge food.
I have been doing this because I'm actually afraid to lose at the moment as I was fitted to my dress last Wednesday. I'd like to stay where I am until after the wedding. ( December ninth.) I don't want my dress to be too big!
