There are ways to add calories without necessarily adding more food. I know you eat yogurt almost every day--could you mix in some granola? That would give you some whole grains plus a handful of extra calories without really eating more food since it's just mixed in. Do you like nuts? Nuts are extremely healthy for you (lots of GOOD fats), yet are quite high in calories, so they add up quickly. Even just a handful of nuts can exceed 100 calories. Maybe you could add a salad to your South Beach meal? It doesn't have to be huge, just some lettuce or spinach with a handful of slivered almonds and a light dressing (ooh, and maybe some avocado--another GREAT food for adding calories without adding much bulk) would do wonders. I know you eat an apple about every day, too--maybe you could slice up your apple and eat it with some natural peanut butter. Maybe you could have a homemade trail mix instead of all that popcorn--some healthy granola, raisins, nuts, maybe some sunflower seeds...if you're not comfortable with eating more quantity, than you should really think about increasing your calories through high-calorie healthy foods like these
