Thumbs up Finally broke 160lbs!
3FC Calorie Counters -

This morning, for the first time in many years, I have seen the scale say something that lower than the 160's... 159.4!!!!

Whoohoo! I don't know if this is permanent or not, or if I will fluctuate during the next few weeks, but for me this is the added motivation that I need to keep going!!!!

Next goal - 155lbs!!!! I'll let you all know when I hit that as well. I'm giving myself a month to get to 155.
