I don't call anything "cheating" anymore, because it makes me feel guilty, and I end up doing something stupid because of the guilt (trying to starve the next day, or binging because I already "blew" it.

That's why I like the WW point system, because you can bank or "save up" points for special meals.

I have also tried to remove the concept of cheating from eating (hence my login name ). I have always associated cheating with failure and weakness. In the past I have always fallen into the trap of self punishment when feeling like I had failed for cheating. I have come to realize that for me there is no way I will always eat perfectly, so I need to learn how to incorporate it into my overall eating habits and practice moderation.
