I personally do not recommend going down in calories any further. You are losing 1 pound a week, and that is in the healthy range for weight loss.
The thing is, a healthy rate of weight loss is 1/2 to 2 pounds a week-so you could lose up to 2 pounds a week and be healthy-but not really in the way that you are suggesting.
If you want to lose more than 1 pound a week-rather than dropping your calories lower, which is already at a low range-what you need to do instead is start exercising.
Diet is only PART of the equation. Exercise is the other part. You can lose weight by changing your diet, but to get "fit" you need to exercise. A low calorie diet may make you smaller, but it doesn't make your thighs firm, or flatten your abs. Only moving your body does that.
