Default Day Three

Hi everyone I didn't finish yesterday's post but the day was good. Going better today. Have done my workout and eating well(sorta).

Breakfast
Cereal 150
Milk 100
1/2 banna 70

Snack
1/2 banna 70
2 cookies 200

Lunch
Salad 400.

Snack
1/2 cup cottage cheese 100
Strawberries 50

Supper
Chichen 200
Asperigus 50
salad 200
potatoes 200

That I think will be my day.1790 not bad for eating 2 cookies.

NO COOKIES!!! :P What are you putting on your lettuce for your salad? 400 calories sounds really high.

100 calories for a cookie is about average, actually. Cookies can vary anywhere from about 50 to 150 each on average.


For the sake of keeping the calorie counting area a little cleaner-could we perhaps turn this into a "post your menu" thread, rather than just the menu posting for one person? I can change the thread title...

I've seen cookies as high as 250.

Yeah-the big honkin' ones you see at gas stations and delis usually are-but prepackaged cookies (like Keebler, etc.) are usually in the lower range.
