I just flopped yesterday myself

I guess all you can do is just pick it back up again and try for better the next day. My problem was in eating poorly in the morning (high fat, low protein, too many calories and yet not filling enough). This morning I did better and made a smarter choice. I've already planned out my day, and it's almost weekdays again when I do a lot better. Guess I have to take everyones advice and just pick myself back up and try again. I certainly can't expect a lifetime of 100% clean eating, so I'll have to be used to days like these and pick myself up fast. thanks for the support ladies.

I've been flopping the last FEW days. I'm snacking on too much stuff. I gotta get myself back together starting tomorrow. I wouldn' be surprised if I've put back on a pound. I'm not touching those scales with a 10-foot pole.

Well, i for one am tired of feeling guilty after every meal. I'm back on my diet tomorrow. My mom is doing low carb, and i'll be doing that too. But I also do whole wheat and whole grain cereal and Luna nutrition bars. I also love apples, which are great dor you. I'll check in tomorrow and tell you if I survived or not
