Oh boy... I would never go back to smoking! It is nice not having to smell like that. Now I smell other people who smoke and get grossed out!! I can't believe how I could not smell that before!

I have been trying to stay around 1600 calories a day since 8/25/05. I am hoping I start to see some results on the scale soon. But that is a good point... about the plateau! I didn't think of that!

Thanks! The repair man will be back next week to make the repairs... there are several... but until then there isn't much I can do now. I can't wait till it gets done!
