317.6 lbs is my weigh in this morning woot woot, 315 I'd my year end goal, and my next goal is 308 and 304 (the 10% down/34 lbs from my starting weights).

316.5 lbs today, probably gonna cheat :)) 'cause I'm close to my goal, I know that sounds weird.
The cheat was lemon chicken, white rice and cheese puffs it was good. Back in track now. |

Yesterday was very much on track but the scale went up a little anyway :shrug: I'm ok, today was 317.6 lbs. So im 1.1 lbs up. I've eaten my last two good blueberry yogurt, and I'm planning to eat my last bowl salad, and some stuffed jalapenos today. Will stay on track today. I have 2 off days planned soon. Christmas and a bday celebration for my bonus son.

318.5 lbs, not sure if this is from the chinese food u had a few days ago, or hormones but hopefully it movies right back down soon. I sampled some more chinese food (my mom's), stuffed jaņapenos and salad bowl. Considering putting up the scale for awhile. Planning to take a break on Christmas day.

Hey, it's the holidays and I do have a plan, but first things first, I am 319.6 lbs :o , I'm "ok" with that because I'm currently in holiday indulging mode, however at the end of this year December 31st I want to resume my keto/low carb journey. I am grateful for this year, it's been pretty good to me, and even some of the tough times have been filled with positive lessons/experiences, etc. I hope and pray next year is also good, if not in general at least personally. Be in the world, but not of it.
My plan, is to enjoy the holidays, no binging, but enjoy the foods that taste good but are not necessarily good for me. My 2024 plan is to splurge/relax occasionally and mostly stick to a low carb/keto eating plan to lose as much weight as I can safely. Also to include walking exerices, perhaps more than walking, but walking and I work really well together. |

Trigger warning- I've been eating carby but not binging. I'm good with today's weigh in, just had a accidentally salty steak and potatoes meal, 2 low carb torrillas and green tea sweetened with stevia from trader joes. I'm still not done enjoying holiday eating, I'm planning to have a slice of butter pecan cheesecake from McAlisters. |
Last night 319.9. Today 317.9 I'm thinking Aunt Flo is about to visit because my eating hasn't been fabuloso. My mother in law ae cupcakes with my daughter and they are delish. I'm about to have Domino's I may be driving crazy but I know where I'm going. Tomorrow will be resuming keto, we do have a bday party for my son that will test me in a few days but I will focus on doing right 90% of the time.
