Thank you so much for the support. Today I came in at 311.8 lbs after indulging in Chinese food some nights ago and getting right back on track.

So…remember I said I was going to cheat? Cheat I did for one day, and the fallout of cheating 1 day on keto is over 6 lbs up :eek: but I’m back on track and doing well. Also adding I’m pmsing which doesn’t help. I bawled happy nostalgic tears watching the actress who plays Jackie on Roseanne polish her Emmy on an old episode of Roseanne from 1992.

I ate buffalo wings from Buffalo Wild Wings in Original Buffalo and Garlic honey, with ranch about 10 or more. I ate eggs and bacon with jelly earlier, add my spearmint green tea with stevia and some sugar free candy. Weigh in was 311.9

313.2 for today, cheated hard yesterday with 2 whole foods cheesecake brownies, 1 bacon double cheese burger from McDonald's and a huge burrito double wrapped with a side of guacamole from chipotle. Today has been good. Current goal is 299.8 lbs.

I've been off track as of late, lots going on in my personal life but tomorrow is a new day. Weigh ins as of late are 313.2, 313.9 and on the 27th it was 314.8.
