I'm also the
Goldilocks of eating plans, as we all should be. We have to tailor stuff to match our lifestyles, personal tastes, etc. Way to go on the workouts. Other than walking, I'm a slug these days.
WOOT 65 days ... doing the happy dance for you. I
coffee'd with my 66 year old friend yesterday who's been retired for 8 years. She laughs when people say
don't you get bored. As if she's doing nothing. And ... what's wrong with doing nothing anyway? I told her they're likely jealous.
Hmmm ... hypersensitive and irritable. I know nothing about that sort of thing. Bwahaaahahahaha. Um, yes. I find that happens if I'm not eating enough or if I'm working out too much. It's a tough balance to find the right amount of calories with strenuous workouts. I'd have to totally change how I eat if I did cardio and lifted weights. Waaaaay more fat and calories.
Have you tried pure MCT oil? It's a weight buster and good to get your calories up. Medium Chain Triglycerides boost metabolism and are mostly used by gym rats. Guys who lift and want to get rid of fat and weight ... so their pretty muscles show up. And it feeds muscle the nice treats they need to repair after workouts.
Well I hope you get through your day without ripping anyone's head off. I've already done that with an insubordinate employee whose days are numbered here ... my goodness she is a piece of work. My Bose noise canceling headphones and Sade's greatest hits are getting me through.
