Planned to go over my calories today slightly but ended up going over even more.
1,545 calories 30 mins treadmill |

30 mins elliptical 15 mins cybex Had a bad breakfast which only allowed me a few calories for dinner which in turn left me unsatisfied and I had to have cereal as a snack. Ugh :( |

I know what you mean about eating out and struggling to find light options. Do they provide nutritional info in your restaurants and cafes? They don't here in the UK. Wish they did. It would make my life much easier! |

1,611 calories Walked in the park (forget the time) |
Weighed in today and back to 223. I was down to 221.6 during the week :( I had a terrible lunch and dinner yesterday. This weekend should be tough too but I am hoping to exercise enough to help balance out what I eat and munch on more watermelon than chips!

Up about 3 lbs from last week. Kept the gym routine but had some bad meals and waaaay too many snacks.
