Logging to Onederland!
 
I am hoping using this log, along with MFP will help me atleast get down to under 200. :carrot: I have not been loging my exercise with MFP since I don't really use it to get an accurate count on how much I burned. My plan is to log food and exercise daily and weight weekly.

4/29- Couldn't find a could comparison for what I had for dinner so may have over estimated a lot.

Yesterday started out fone. Stayed on track for breakfast, lunch and at the gym. But for dinner we ended up going out to eat and even thought I was going to get something light all of the options were so high!

I know what you mean about eating out and struggling to find light options. Do they provide nutritional info in your restaurants and cafes? They don't here in the UK. Wish they did. It would make my life much easier!

Thanks! Most places here do not provide that info. Sometimes I get lucky and can find places that have it but it is usually chain restaurants without many options.

Weighed in this morning and I'm down to 222. The lowest I have been in a few years. Pretty happy and hoping this jeeps me motivated. Soon I will only be 20lbs away from onederland. :)

Weighed in today and back to 223. I was down to 221.6 during the week :( I had a terrible lunch and dinner yesterday. This weekend should be tough too but I am hoping to exercise enough to help balance out what I eat and munch on more watermelon than chips!

Up about 3 lbs from last week. Kept the gym routine but had some bad meals and waaaay too many snacks.
