Lightbulb Tale o' the Scale
Short and sweet: Sage2 is up .2 from last Sunday to 127.6 and she's happy with that.

It has been a heavily emotional week and except for one day Sage2 stayed below 1700 calories and exercised daily and took care of business in life without having a binge. It was a healthy eating week with no deprivation.

The new streakity streak of under 1700 cals started yesterday and this is day 2.

And. So. It. Goes.
