I'm stuggling with that, but the more junk I eat the more likely I am to blow it and go over my calories. I do better at staying on track if I do mostly healthy with treats only some days.

I agree with all of you, healthy food does make you fuller, longer. And it's best for long term health benefits. I do eat some junk foods, such as individual pizzas, and microwavable burgers (quick and easy) but they always fit in with my calorie limits. And I eat a lot of vegetables with them. If I want a snack (such as a Hershey's bar or a piece of pie, maybe twice a month) I have it.

I lost a lot of weight 2 years ago on a strict diet, but it was so strict I ended up falling off the wagon and going crazy with things I have been missing. So, I just found my happy medium... Something I can do for the rest of my life and be content with. Just my .02 cents.
