Default The last 20lbs

Im seriously having the hardest time losing these last 20 lbs. Since going from maintaining 140 to starting a calorie deficit again its like my weight wont budge. Im doing everything right this time around and having a harder time losing, not fair lol. I think ove created a dieting monster out of myself. I am so obsessed with weight and weightloss its practically all i think about anymore. Im setting a time limit for myself, 120 lbs by may which should be very doable. Anyone else having this problem?

How many calories are you eating? I found that my weight loss slowed down if I wasn't eating at least my BMR.

I always eat at least 1200, i try to eat within 1200-1350. I calculated somewhere that in order to maintain 120 lbs at my height i need to eat 1350 calories a day so i try and stay above 1200 but below 1350. Doesnt 1350 sem awfully low for maintenance? Kinda scares me for the future! Lol

1350 seems very low! My maintenance calories for the weight I want to be (110) is a little less than 1600.

I'd try to up your calories to a solid 1400-1500 and see if that helps! Also, you might exercise too much. If that sounds correct, cut some of your exercise for a couple of weeks. I have read stories of people who eat more and don't do exercise for a week or so and experience a loss!

Maybe 120 pounds is too little for your height? Everyone's frame is different but my sister is 5'5" and 125 pounds and is down right skinny, like extra small size 0 or 2.
