Pesto chicken, brown rice, tomato/cucumber salad and WINE ;)

My dinner was pretty lame tonight, I had a turkey and cheddar sandwich, honey wheat pretzel sticks, and an apple cinnamon greek yogurt.

2 large warm low calorie plain tortillas. Hey say what you want but it was delicious lol

Giant green salad with avocado, small potato with greek yogurt, chives, and bacon bits, lots of asparagus and a small piece of really good steak. San Pellegrino water on ice.

Went out to eat- 1/2 of huge ribeye steak, huge side salad with very little cheese and croutons and ranch on the side for dipping. Had a few bites of the chicken queso blanco nachos appetizer as well.

Tortilla soup.

More plain tortillas :D I am sorry but they are really good and low calorie lol

London broil, brown & wild rice, and broccoli with cheese. Probably a nice glass of port for dessert :)

Leftover steak with cilantro lemon-lime brown rice, black beans, corn, lettuce/spinach, caramelized bell peppers and onions, greek yogurt, 1/2 oz cheese and a few tortilla lime chips.

Okay I treated myself-I had a small real fruit strawberry slush from Sonic. SO GOOD. And it wasn't too many calories.

Roasted porkloin (and somehow I manage to make it juicy and moist!!) with bacon and pineapple crust, potatoes/onions/peppers/carrots roasted along side with the pork. Served with mango and peach salsa.

Broccoli Cheese and Potato soup and some crackers. The soup is amazing!

Jambalaya!! With sausages and chicken. -- I make it healthy with brown rice, peppers, onions and home canned tomatoes. YUMM-O!!

Ian I was born and raised in Finland...vodka is our national drink and runs in our veins....so from now on, I will skip dinner and drink vodka!

Whatever works for you Sum38.;) But I would question the nutritional value of vodka (essentially potatoes) over the finest of finest craft beers ladened with glorious amounts of delicious, ripe, fruity hops.
It really works for me on so many levels. |

Taco salad! For some reason it's one of my favorite meals, I'm skipping out on the snacks and eating a much smaller breakfast to make sure I can eat a higher quantity of it.

Another parfait! (Bought 2) But this time just with the granola. :) Why? Because I like eating the strawberries separate. lol

Homemade KFC famous bowl (2oz diced chicken rings, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 oz shredded cheese and 1/4 cup chicken gravy.)

Oven fried chicken with fat free ranch and wing sauce for dipping, roasted potatoes, and squash. Not entirely sure how I'm going to cook the squash yet.
