Do you guys find it that helpful or do you just like to look back?
I do plan what family meals will be for the week but I use very broad menu
Monday Crockpot night,Tuesday Pork, Wednesday Pasta(Italian something) and so on but it's on paper that I throw out every week.
so what's the easiest one for a non-techy person?
Thanks,Roo2

Roo, I definitely think it is helpful to keep a journal (either electronically via app or program or even just pen and paper) because it is very helpful to look back on what I ate on a week where I had a loss, or maybe a gain etc. It is also nice to keep track to make sure I am getting all of my essential nutrients (fiber, protein, etc). With me being on a lower calorie diet it is especially important that I make sure I am getting all of my proper nutrients. If you are a non-techy person than you can try logging just your calories with a good ol' fashioned notepad and pen for a week to try it out to see how you like it. It might be helpful to you!
