Post Foods with 40 calories or less.

Found an informative slideshow about foods which contain 40 calories or less. I tried to post the link but apperantly I don't have 25 posts in order to do that -_-.

Here are the counts:

Arugula Calories: 4 per cup
Asparagus: Calories: 27 per cup
Broccoli: Calories: 31 per cup
Broth: Calories: 10 per cup (I think this might be questionable since no broth is that same.)
Brussel sprouts: Calories: 38 per cup
Cabbage: Calories: 22 per cup
Lettuce: Calories: 5 per cup
Beets: Calories: 37 per 1/2 cup
Cauliflower: Not listed
Coffee:Not listed
Grapefruit:Calories: 39 per half fruit
Mushrooms: Calories: 15 per cup
Tomatoes: Calories: 22 per medium tomato
Turnips: Calories: 36 per cup
Watercress: Calories: 4 per cup
Zucchini: Calories: 20 per cup
Spinach: Calories: 7 per cup
Lemons and limes: Calories: 20 per fruit (without peel)
Kale: Calories: 5 per cup
Garlic: Calories: 4 per clove
Peppers: Calories: 30 per half cup
Onions: Calories: 32 per half cup
Pumpkin: Calories: 30 per cup
Radishes: Calories: 19 per cup
Tea: Calories: 0
Fennel: Calories: 27 per cup
Celery: Calories: 16 per cup
Berries: Calories: 32 per 1/2 cup
Carrots: Calories: 22 per 1/2 cup
