  • Found an informative slideshow about foods which contain 40 calories or less. I tried to post the link but apperantly I don't have 25 posts in order to do that -_-.

    Here are the counts:

    Arugula Calories: 4 per cup
    Asparagus: Calories: 27 per cup
    Broccoli: Calories: 31 per cup
    Broth: Calories: 10 per cup (I think this might be questionable since no broth is that same.)
    Brussel sprouts: Calories: 38 per cup
    Cabbage: Calories: 22 per cup
    Lettuce: Calories: 5 per cup
    Beets: Calories: 37 per 1/2 cup
    Cauliflower: Not listed
    Coffee:Not listed
    Grapefruit:Calories: 39 per half fruit
