I went to Uno's Chicago Grill with my mom for lunch today, and we chose to do their "build your own pizza" option with the five grain thin crust, the obvious cheese & sauce, and then spinach, mushrooms, onions, and chicken. I have no idea how to log this, because I would just put in each individual ingredient but when I go on the restaurant's website they don't have nutrition information available for the "build your own pizza" option, just the pizzas they have already made. So confusing! How would y'all log it? I ended up just putting their regular "cheese and tomato" pizza cause I figure the calories from the veggies was negligible, but it doesn't count for the chicken.
I guess all together I probably had a serving of chicken, cause the slices weren't very big and it wasn't like the ingredients were piled on or anything -- it was actually a really well-made pizza. I was impressed. Y'all should look into doing it whenever y'all are going out.
