I am starting my journey to lose weight.I am currently about 279 pounds.I am not sure how I let myself get to this point.I need to do this for me and my one year old son.
i'm new too! well kinda! i was doing great went on a 3 month hiatus and gained about 30 pounds, i'm weighing in at 167 right now after losing 10 pounds and i'm looking to loose 47 more....i have a way to go but hey! doing something about it right?!
I am currently at 279.I was about 240 when I got pregnant with my son and down in the 230s after I had him.I then gained about 40-50 lbs.I watched my nieces and nephews during the day since I am now a stay at home mom,but the never wanted to go for walks or anything so I didn't move around.I also had a very physical job before the baby and took for granted all the calories that I burn at work.Now that he is a year old I need to get fit to be able to chase and play with him.
