I just have to wonder...why in the world are you drinking 2 freaking gallons of water every day??? That is really hard on your body and the whole electrolyte thing our bodies have going on! Totally unnecessary and really a bad idea. 2 quarts is plenty unless you are spending your entire day out working in the hot sun, then maybe a little more. IMHO

Yeah that does seem like a lot of water...

I've been on 1200 calories since I started - sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less.

Weight loss is not linear. Some weeks I can lose 5 lbs and some weeks I lose 0. When you weigh daily you need to be prepared for those fluctuations as they will happen. Any little thing can make a difference for the daily weigher - how hot it is, the time of the month, or what color the sky is.

The important thing is to pick a calorie level that will work for you - i.e. one that you lose weight on and you are able to stick with for the long haul. If you keep on your plan the weight, on average, will come off over time.
