I always weigh in the morning. And when the number goes down, it gets recorded. And come **** or high water, it stays this whether it stays or not. And I don't record again until it goes down. But usually it only fluctuates within 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound or so. But do I care? Nope. I count it as a loss, no matter what. Because at that point in time, I weighed that amount, and that is all I care about. So I guess I am stubborn, as I only count the moves down, not the bobbing around. If I counted all that stupid up and down .2, .3 crap, I would have been locked away for awhile now.
