It's also a great reminder that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to weight loss. You're not going to from a size 18 to a size 8 (which is where I want to be!) in a week. So many people come to these boards, I think, wanting to lose all their weight (or most of it) very quickly but it just doesn't work that way, not from a physical standpoint or a psychological one. We wish it did, but it doesn't. The fact that you've gone down 5 sizes in 2.5 years is, I think, amazing (I can only wish the same for myself...)
