I don't have a menu per say- I eat 1200 calories a day with a 1600 once a week, I work out at least once a day, usually twice. I eat under 20 grams of fat a day and under 2,000mg of sodium. I allow myself a cheat day if I feel like I need one, but since starting this on January first I have only needed two of them! If I realllly want something bad to eat I just won't allow myself to eat it unless I am still craving it the next day, and that hasn't actually happened. I have amazing self control, more so than I ever thought I would, I do a slimfast shake for lunch 5 days a week, every other week... Oh and FIBER I make sure to get enough fiber (at least 25grams a day)... hope that helps! I am not that strict with what I'm doing, I just eat whatever I want as long as it's under my 1200, 20 and 2000. Oh ALSO I only allow myself to eat at 730am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm and 530pm and my two snacks can be anything I want them to be as long as they do not have any fat in them...
