Just checking in! Weight hasn't budged at all over the last couple of days :( Changing from P90x lean schedule to the Classic schedule. I have noticed that my shape is changing, just not my weight....

tdiprincess 149 is a good place to be stuck in!!! you can do it. have you tried measuring inches? i'm stuck where...even the inches aren't moving. surprise maintenance!! haha

If it's not too late, I'd like to join the challenge. My goal for Easter is to lose 5 lbs. and then another 5 lbs. by May Day. This will make my goal weight 219 by May Day.

May Day Challenge
I'd like to join you if I may, even though its a bit late.
I will just set a target for the 1st May. I'd like to be down to 130 (58.8kgs) by then. I had a set back this week when despite being on plan by weight went up and then stayed there. :mad: Anyway, I need to just continue but I know I need to add in some exercise so I will incorporate that in my May Day challenge too. I'd like to add 30 minutes of exercise daily. An achievable target I hope. All the very best to you too - I am reading your posts and cheering you on! Lee :D |

I saw 170.2 this morning. It's a Sunday which means the weekend is over, and there are infinitely less temptations. wooohooooo. KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED. I KNOW I AM. Also, apparently I lose very fast on 1700. Once I hit 168.8 (that's what I'm waiting for to call it officially) - I will up to 1750 and see how it goes from there. |

To make it short, bad weekend. I am pushing to stay on plan all week, AND the next weekend, and there after. I don't think I did to much damage but, I know I didn't help the weight loss either.

Hi all. Just checking in. I ate poorly last week and couldn't do my normal workout routine which really stunk. It seemed like hurting my foot was more trying than just the pain, being bored sitting around makes me want to eat! I am sure some of it was being anxious about how much this foot would affect my exercise routine also. My foot seems to finally be on the mend after almost 10 days. I am guessing it was a midfoot sprain. No, I didn't go to the doc b/c I didn't want pain meds or to be told I couldn't work out for weeks. I would have gone it didn't straighten itself out soon. I know all of that seems funny but when I lost control of my weight as an adult it was always due to some accident or medical issue that had me feeling like crud so I am always anxious about getting laid up for any length of time for fear I will pack it back on.
Happily, my foot is feeling better and I am going to give it a shot at exercising again today. I eat way better when I am working out. I feel my best when eating right and getting enough exercise. So this challenge will be a real challenge although I set my goals low, I also lost a week of not being on my routine. I will just keep pushing on and see where it takes me. Who knows? My goals are reasonable and it's still early on so I can still make some great progress. Hope you all are doing well. |
toobig thank you! i am actually winding down. i used to do 7-9 bikram yoga classes a week, I am currently sitting at 4-5 (5 usually), i walk as much as i can, and run sporadically (very sporadically). I am so proud of your weight loss!! you're doing so well.
4star please please please don't push it! even if you are unable to exercise, you are still able to control your mind. it's better to let the injury fully heal! for me, i was SUPER DUPER EXTREMELY sore yesterday. which lead me to the fridge. game over. now i eat clean all week, and hope for the best ha ha. |
