  • Quote: Wow I have to try out these noodles!! Does anyone know the exact nutritional content? Like how many carbs/calories per cup? Because I think it said 3g carbs a 'serving' online but whats a serving?

Oh and I just whipped up some Zucchini noodles (pesto) after reading this thread, thanks for the tip! It was pretty yumm and so low cal/carb! Nom nomm
    BEWARE!

Only buy and try 1 pack. DO NOT buy a lot of them. You may not like them.
  • Quote: Ooh okay sorry I'm answering my own question but I found the nutritional info and wow! 28 grams of this is 10 calories and 3g carbs (2g carbs dietary fiber) .. that sounds too good to be true! Well I suppose from majority of your responses it IS too good to be true because the taste is er, somewhat 'lacking'? Still, can't wait to give it a try!

If you lived in my area, I would give you everything that I didn't eat. YUCK!
  • LOL! If I hadn't read your comment earlier in this thread, I would have probably bought the same amount as you did, so thank youu!
  • I just bought some online - got lost in the hype - and got the intro bunch with the 4 kinds of noodles. Here's hoping I like them! Given all the feedback here, I'm wondering if I can cancel my order....

I too was caught up in the hype and I bought the 4 kinds of each noodle. That was wrong on soooooooooooo many levels for me. You may want to cancel your order and perhaps just try 1. (ok, now i'm going to hide in the corner.) LOL
  • They are gross for western sauces but for asian dishes they are amazing. It's the texture. Look up some asian noodle dishes & soups & go nuts. Do not cook them, just heat them, up. If you actually cook them they will get super tough. Make a stir fry, turn the heat off, throw noodles in & stir till they are warm. Very filling & delicious.

Smell fishy to you? Rinse, squeeze on a little lemon juice & mix, then rinse again. Lemon juice kills fishy smells on your hands & on these.

They are great for faux ramen in low sodium broth with a little seasoning.

These really are fantastic is you use them correctly.
