The only calories that I drink are in the 8oz of almond mile in my morning cereal if thats what I have for breakfast, otherwise its all green tea and H2O for me.
I was at first drinking a cup of milk or two a day but noticed my weight loss was at a hault so I cut it out and now only drink water and when needing flavor I buy the Mio water enhancers which have 0 calories. Occasionally I will have a soda or unsweet tea with splenda but I always incorporate into my calorie goal for the day.
I have to have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning with Splenda & FF Creamer (40 cal total) and sometimes at night I make a Wine Spritzer (to cut down calories) with 1/2 wine and 1/2 diet pop
