  • yep. i drank a tonne of water and upped the exercise and after a few days its going down. im still above where i should be, but diets arent perfect right, hopefully itll keep on this downward trend, thanks for the support everyone
  • Yay for you! You have lost over 70 pounds so you are definitely on the right path. I had a feeling you were going to see some progress soon. Weight loss is weird like that, you can lose 5 pounds one week and then none the next doing the same thing and sometimes it's the tiniest tweaks that help us see the biggest changes...
  • yea i had to increase my water from 64 ounces to 96 and get 30 mins a day of exercise instead of 30 3x a week.
