What are your favorite low, low, low calorie snack products? I am looking for new ones. I love Artic ice ice cream (only 150 cals a pint). Also, I love kind bars 150 a bar (fruit and nut). Also, I love PB2...
that depends on taste, i personally like Miso soup, low cal, high proteinpotassium, tastes great, though not everyone will agree, then fruits of all types veggies, surprisingly i have gotten everyone i know addicted to miso soup hehehe, oh and it's easy on the stomach! as well, some celery and peanut butter, usually works well, same as broccoli and a small bit of ranch.
2 tbsp, 45 cals. slice of light rye + pb2 +3 strawberries is under 140 cals. so filling, such a good breakfast/snack.
tea and a thin mint.
coffee and some 99% cocoa chocolate (whole bar is 270 calories) coffee + sweetner+ splend is about 30 cals). so, you can make that snack from 100 calories, to 300 if you REALLY just want the whole bar of chocolate. personally, i usually get through about 2/3rd of the bar in 3-4 hours at work. it's not a common snack, but it's a great treat for those long LONG days.
Olive oil popcorn

My current favorite is 1/2 a red or orange bell pepper, cut into 4 strips, with a laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it. Cheesy, crunchy, and 55 calories.
Other standbys are greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fiber bars (trader Joe's pb flavor, mmm), and cinnamon almonds.

fiber one caramel chocolate pretzel bars 90cals
swiss miss diet hot chocolate - 25cals
Smart Fries - 50-110cals depending on how much I want.
I keep seeing that listed around here and I had never heard of it. I figured that it wasn't carried around here (small town MN), but I looked up the site just in case. Turns out it's carried at the grocery store just across the street from my work. I'm looking at it right now! I am SO going there after work one day this week to see if it's really there.
I love Arctic Zero, because there are times I just like to sit in front of the TV with a pint of ice cream, and not do any damage!
Last night I tried the cookies'n'cream flavor. It had a creaminess that the other flavors I've tried don't have. (I like them all, but this one had more of an ice cream texture, rather than a shaved ice texture.)
I've heard rumors that the calories listed are way off, and that would make me mad, but I choose not to believe it. I've lost weight, so it must be okay!
