Hey there, I work at Starbucks! Or I do now; I'm leaving soon. The single biggest contributing factor to me gaining so much weight this past year was that at the end of the night, we "mark out" expired pastries, sandwiches, etc and the ones we don't donate, partners can take home. Which I proceeded to do after every shift, to the tune of thousands of calories worth of lemon pound cake, scones, muffins, etc. It was a mess. The first thing I did when I started losing weight, was v. v. srsly tell my fellow partners to slap my hand if I tried to take home anything from now on.

They were very supportive.
Nowadays, the only things I eat from work are:
1. Breakfast sandwiches - Reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich, and spinach feta egg white wrap
2. Lunch sandwiches - Ham & Swiss panini, which is actually not that bad (350 calories & 9 grams of fat)
3. Plates, etc - the fruit cup, and the chicken & hummus plate.
Everything else has too many calories, fat or sugar, and/or is a "trigger food". That includes the yogurt, which seriously has like more grams of sugar than a Snickers bar.
The only drinks I have now are:
1. Plain coffee with half & half and splenda
2. Skinny lattes, sometimes with sugar-free syrups (around 90-150 calories, I think?)
3. Americanos with a little bit of milk
4. Unsweetened iced or hot teas
That's it.
