THAT is inspiring! While I tracked over the holidays, I allowed myself to eat things that I have avoided (notably, cheese, crackers, pepperoni) over this weekend. I was really good otherwise, except for indulging in extra servings of the good stuff.
Tomorrow, I return to work not only after the Xmas/New Year celebrations, but after 2 weeks vacation.
I've just told my husband that while I look forward to getting back to work tomorrow (routine mostly) I'm right now dreading it. I know I'm going to be T I R E D tomorrow. I've been keeping late nights and its going to take a huge effort to get back into the groove.
Anyhow, I'm happy to be getting back to a more regimented pace where my meals are on schedule, pre-planned, and all will be good with my diet again.
Edited to add: I was up 1 pound a few days ago. Not bad...but time to get back to losing!!!!!
