Happy Monday!

  • For any of you that are getting back on track today...here we go! We can do this! The holidays had quite a toll on me, but I'm back & ready to take control Let's have a great day!
  • The holidays were not good to me as well calorie wise, but I am back in the saddle again today. Getting ready to go to the gym and then clean the house.
  • I did "okay" with the last couple weeks. Kinda funny, I don't celebrate any of the holidays but I still ended up indulging in the last couple of weeks! LOL. I'm ready to get back to normal. I think another challenge is in order!!

  • I didn't get so much off-track calorie-wise--I weighed in down another pound at 132 and I suspected that if I weighed yesterday I would have been 132 as well--but I haven't been eating at the healthiest. Today I resolve to get back on track and eat healthy again! Also I clearly need to eat more if I want to maintain!

    THAT is inspiring! While I tracked over the holidays, I allowed myself to eat things that I have avoided (notably, cheese, crackers, pepperoni) over this weekend. I was really good otherwise, except for indulging in extra servings of the good stuff.

    Tomorrow, I return to work not only after the Xmas/New Year celebrations, but after 2 weeks vacation. I've just told my husband that while I look forward to getting back to work tomorrow (routine mostly) I'm right now dreading it. I know I'm going to be T I R E D tomorrow. I've been keeping late nights and its going to take a huge effort to get back into the groove.

    Anyhow, I'm happy to be getting back to a more regimented pace where my meals are on schedule, pre-planned, and all will be good with my diet again.

    Edited to add: I was up 1 pound a few days ago. Not bad...but time to get back to losing!!!!!
  • I pretty much maintained my weight over the holidays but the food I've been eating was terrible..I've gotten into the habit of eating small amounts of unhealthy food. I feel really gross so my goal is to start eating a much better diet full of fruits and vegetables..not wine and cheese!

    PS, good for you osu2k1! That is inspiring
