The Greek Gods Non-Fat Plain Yogurt (best I've had- none of that chalkiness I find in the other brands)

San Pelligrino (or any sparkling water- a real tummy tamer and it feels like a treat)

Edy's Fruit bars (a refreshing treat- sometimes I dissolve them in the sparkling water YUMMY!)

Frozen Wild Blueberries (very good stirred into yogurt or in low fat whole wheat pancakes)

GNC Lean Shakes (I add frozen sliced banana to the chocolate and frozen blueberries to the vanilla for 300 calories of super yummy protein and oat fiber to tame cholesterol)

Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla chips ( they fix a carb craving without guilt, like the name says, I have them with with fresh mashed avocado or black bean dip)

Ovaltine Chocolate Malt Mix (stirred into non fat milk it is the perfect post workout snack)

Reduced Fat Triscuits (simple ingredients, healthy fiber, great with laughing cow lite wedges)

Egg Beaters Southwestern Style (I add spinach and black beans and a diced up reduced fat string cheese for a really yummy scramble, but this is a stand alone products as well)

Egg beaters. I love how much volume you can get for the calories. I have the cheese and chive flavor with a little 2% cheddar on top, or the southwestern flavor with some turkey sausage crumbles every day for breakfast.

Eggo whole grain nutrigrain waffles. I toast one and spread it with a tablespoon of reduced fat cream cheese (I think this comes out to 120 calories total) or a little peanut butter. Sometimes I'll just spray one with I can't believe it's not butter spray and eat it like that, or with some sugar free jam. I'm trying to eat less carbs so these are my treats.

I can't believe it's not butter spray! I love that stuff. I can get the butter flavor without any calories. I use it on those 100 cal bags of popcorn too.

Sugar free popsicles. They're only 10 calories each and awesome snacks in the summer.

Sargento light string cheese. Love them, they don't have that weird taste that a lot of light cheeses do.

+ I love the 90 calorie snickers ice cream bars.. they're small & have a few grams of sugar, but they're so good..

+ I like the 150 calorie slim jim pepperoni & cheese. they have the ones that are low fat too, they're good for a snack if i dont eat any meat for breakfast.

+ of course any kind of fruit, grapes especially. I've gotten into the habit of eating grapes & string cheese together.. yummy

+ 100 calorie rite bite brownies are good

+ I like peanut butter & oats fibre one bars in the mornings, or for a snack midday..

I am loving this thread!!
A new go-to snack for me is this recipe: Quick and healthy frappucino
It is super high in protein and healthy as well as desserty! I will use it as a high protein dessert if I'm lacking in protein.

Fiber One Brownies. OK so it's not exactly a brownie replica, but it definitely satisfies a sweet tooth craving. I like to have one about a half hour after lunch or dinner for a mini-dessert. I was very disappointed by the Chocolate Peanut Butter ones because I felt they were kind of bland and lacked any peanut butter flavor, so I stick with the Chocolate Fudge kind. Next time I go shopping, I want to look for either some frozen yogurt or low-cal ice cream and try making mini brownie a la modes by warming the brownie up for 10 seconds in the microwave and then putting a scoop on top

Flatout Traditional (not light) bread is great. I accidentally picked up the regular version when I meant to get the light version the first time. I made a little pizza with it for lunch that day, used it for a panini the next, and before I knew it they were gone! I really wanted to love the light kind (saves 40 calories per wrap), but the light sundried tomato one SUCKED. It has a gritty texture and is overly herby flavored. Has anyone tried the other light varieties? I got burned with this one so I'm not sure if I even want to mess with the other flavors

VitaTops - we just ordered a bunch of the chocolate muffin tops and discovered they make mixes, breads, muffins, and all that related stuff. My boyfriend loves them a bit more than I do, but like the Fiber One brownies I think they're great for a sweet tooth craving. I think they're also great in the morning. I usually have about 300 calories for breakfast so I can manage to get a bowl of cereal, a vita top, and half an apple or other fruit and stick around there.

Fruit (I especially live off bananas, melon, apples, grapes and cherries!)

Porridge (standard everyday breakfast made with water, a splash of milk and a teaspoon of sugar)

Stirfry veg (I eat this SO much. Like 3 or 4 times a week as my dinner, with soy sauce)

And yesterday I discovered something that's going to make summer SO much more easier to diet in: Linessa Sorbet ice-creams. The exotic flavour is EXACTLY like eating a Solero AND it's only 140 calories a bar!

Chili (particularly Wendy's) is my absolute favorite food right now. Even a small amount is way more than enough. It keeps me full forever too because of all of the veggies and beans. Delicious.

Laughing Cow & Babybel cheeses are definitely awesome.

Unsweetened Iced Tea is my go to drink. I'm a weirdo. I hate sweet tea. I hate tea with any sweeteners in it whatsoever, even if it is hot tea. No milk, no sugar, I only drink it black. Hehe.

Ken's Light/Fat Free dressings are awesome! Super flavorful.

Fiber One Bars are incredible. I love them. I usually eat two or so a day. They are perfect to add to a small meal or perfect for a snack in between meals. Since I am still sort of getting used to eating less, these are great as they are super filling.

Thumbs up Great thread!

Fiber One Bars (Oats and Chocolate): These are so rich and yummy love them when I need a snack on the go. At 140 cals its a perfect snack.

Skinny Cow (White Mint Truffle Bar & Cookies n Cream Cup): Ice cream is my weakness especially in summer. Skinny cow ice cream taste SO good. The bar (my absolute fave) is 100 cals and the cup is 150. You can't go wrong for a sweet and yummy dessert!

Lawry's Marinades (Lemon Pepper, Herb & Garlic, Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki): I eat A LOT of chicken and it gets boring after a while. Lawry's marinades are amazing for a nice kick of flavor and average only 20 cals per tablespoon. I use with fish, pork, and steak too.

Fresh Chunky Salsa: Whether you make your own or buy it in the store. Salsa is bomb.com! You can add mango, jalapenos, etc. I put it on my egg whites, in salads, and on my tortilla wraps. The possibilities are endless. Watch out for sodium though!

I too like the skinny cow ice cream. But, I like the edy's slow churned, no sugar added a bit better. They are both quite tasty though!
